Through secure and convenient phone or virtual appointments, you can now connect with our experienced team of doctors from the comfort of your own home, office, or anywhere with an internet connection. Whether you’re seeking medical advice, follow-up consultations, or prescription renewals, our telehealth services provide a seamless and efficient way to address your healthcare needs.

All Top Health Doctors Group clinics offer Telehealth consultations and many of our doctors offer video consultations.

This is especially useful if you have cold or flu – like symptoms or if you are infected with COVID-19.

Bulk billing may be available for certain disadvantaged groups and we ask if you please check with the webpage of each clinic at the time of booking.

You can book your Telehealth Consult via Hot Doc easily through our website clinic pages or the HotDoc App. You may be asked to put in your credit card details to complete your booking process.

The Telehealth Consultation

Our doctor will ask you to give consent prior to starting a Telehealth consultation. You may be asked to identify yourself through some personal information. Our doctor may also ask if it is appropriate time and place for you, before starting the consultation.

As with many consultations, a history will be taken, the doctor will keep notes, and may exchange information with specialists and test providers – e.g., referrals, test requests etc.

You may request to:

Have the script sent directly to your mobile phone or Email through our E-Script portal.
Have a referral sent directly to your nominated specialist electronically.
Have a Medical Certificate sent directly you via Email (usually Password Protected).
Collect documentation from the practice, or have an authorised person collect on your behalf.

If you request documentation to be emailed to you; please be aware that email is not considered a secure method of transmitting health information. The information could be intercepted, forwarded or read by someone other than the intended recipient.

A request for documentation to be sent, or receipt of incoming email will imply the sender has consented to be contacted via email, unless otherwise specifically specified.
