GOVERNMENT FUNDED FLU VACCINATIONS

The Influenza vaccine is free under the National Immunisation Program for at risk people. You are eligible for a government-funded flu vaccine if you are:

6 months to less than 5 years of age
An adult aged 65 years and over
An Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander aged 6 months and over
Pregnant women (during any stage of pregnancy)
Aged 6 months and over with a medical condition which increases the risk of complications

PRIVATE FLU VACCINATIONS

Flu vaccinations are free for all Queenslanders aged 6 months and older this year.

Flu vaccine stock for ages < 5-64 years fall in the private category. These are now free until September for the 2024 flu season.
