She is the owner and founder of BBDiet (Back To Basics Dietetics) Dietitian Services. BBDiet is a private dietetic practice established in 2012 that provides nutrition consulting services to medical centres, residential aged care facilities, retirement villages and corporate companies across Australia and overseas.

Angeline has over 15 years of experience working in a wide range of settings, including private practice, community, food industry, lifestyle centre and aged care settings. Angeline conducts regular nutrition seminars, cooking demonstrations as well as nutrition training workshops in many countries including Malaysia, Singapore, Philippines, Thailand and Australia.

Angelines areas of strong interests are chronic inflammatory conditions such as diabetes, metabolic syndrome, irritable bowel syndrome (IBS), Women’s health (Endometriosis, PCOS), pregnancy and child nutrition, eating disorders and alcohol addiction.

Angeline has also developed numerous online nutrition programs such as Anti-Inflammatory Nutrition Program, Diabetes Group Program, 12-Week Weight Management Program, Supermarket Tour and more.

Margaret is warm, enthusiastic, and compassionate. Her lived experience in living with and overcoming weight and disordered eating issues have given her genuine understanding and empathy to individuals with similar concerns. Now, she strives to empower others to achieve their health goals and build a healthy relationship with food by making gradual and meaningful lifestyle changes.

Margaret completed her Bachelors of Nutrition and Dietetics (Hons) from Queensland University of Technology. At present, she is doing her PhD with the aim to help individuals enhance their long-term health and nutrition after bariatric (weight loss) surgery. Her key areas of interest are in weight management and weight loss surgery, cardiovascular health, and disordered eating.

Margaret’s counselling approach is person-centred and motivating. She is dedicatedto understanding her clients’ values and needs, and partnering with them to devise realistic strategies that are effective and sustainable. Through partaking in research and professional development activities, Margaret stays connected with the new advances and innovations in nutrition care to deliver high-quality services to her clients with excellence.
