Our clinic is conveniently located in West End, Brisbane at the Montague Markets. The clinic is readily accessible to residents in surrounding suburbs such as Highgate Hill, Brisbane City, East Brisbane, South Bank and Dutton Park.

Bulk Billing is not available for all doctors.

Patients who do not have Medicare eligibility will have different fees. Please contact our friendly reception team for details
Dr Leon Tang and Dr Nitin Tandon will charge a reduced Gap fee for children 12 years to 16 years.
Dr Rachel Wyndham:
- Failure to attend a scheduled appointment with Dr Wyndham without the courtesy of informing us at least 24 hours beforehand, will result in a penalty fee of $50.

Bulk-Billing:

Bulk-billing of standard consultations is available for eligible patients.
Health assessments and GP management care plan appointments are usually bulk-billed.
Any procedures, non-government funded vaccines, commercial driver’s licence medical examination, pre-employment medical examination, CTP insurance, medical reports/records etc are not eligible for bulk billing. Please discuss with our reception staff.

Telehealth Appointments

Telehealth appointments with Medicare rebates, are only available for patients who have had a face-to-face consultation at our clinic within the last 12 months. Otherwise, it will be a 100% Private consult, with no Medicare rebates.

Medicare Cards

Any patients who do not have a valid Medicare Card at the time of their appointment will be charged 100% Private consultation fees.
Newborn’s that have not been issued a Medicare card, will incur a private fee which can be claimed through Medicare once issued

Medicare Rebate Claiming

Easyclaim – We have EFTPOS Terminal at our clinic which can process Medicare rebates on the spot. Physical EFTPOS / Debit card may be required for instant rebate.
Online Claim – We may submit the online claim for patient and payment will be deposited into patient’ s nominated bank account within 3 business days.
Patient self-claim – receipt can be issued to you after your consultation which can be used to make a claim online on through your MyGov account or visit one of the Medicare centers.

Workcover

Patient is expected to pay for the first consult until it is known that the case is accepted by Work Cover and a Work Cover number is provided.

Yes, there are 290 underground car park bays at the Montague Markets which are free for three hours.

What facilities are available near the West End Medical Centre?

Top Health Doctors West End is a part of the medical precinct, "Healthcare Hub' where there are numerous health services including Physiotherapy, Radiology, Psychology, Dietitian to mention a few! There is also a large chemist and Woolworths in the centre, along with many boutique stores and cafes.

Are there after hours appointments at Top Health Doctors West End?

West End clinic is open till 5 pm weekdays for your convenience. We are also open Saturdays 8:30 am to 1:00 pm.

Does Top Health Doctors West End offer bulk billing?

Top Health Doctors West End is a mixed billing practice.

We will bulk bill children under the age of 12 years, Pension, healthcare and DVA card holders.

Dr Leon Tang privately bills all patients on a Saturday.
