Key Responsibilities:
- Provide high-quality nursing care and support to patients across a range of general practice and skin cancer services.
- Assist GPs in clinical procedures, including skin checks and minor surgeries.
- Best Practice software knowledge is preferred and the ability to assist with reception duties is desirable.
- Conduct health assessments, wound care, immunizations, and chronic disease management.
- Collaborate with the multidisciplinary team to ensure comprehensive patient care.
- Maintain accurate patient records and uphold the highest standards of clinical governance.
What We’re Looking For:
- Current AHPRA registration
- The successful applicant ideally has a minimum of 1-year of experience in all aspects of General Practice nursing and Care Plans.
- Strong clinical skills and a commitment to ongoing professional development.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a compassionate and patient-centered approach.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative team.
