At Top Health Doctors, we have doctors that specialise in Aviation Medicine and can perform aviation medicals. We also look after all health issues of pilots, flight crew, flight passengers, air traffic controllers or staff that work on airports / air fields as we have a deeper understanding of these health issues. We also have a good understanding of health restrictions for travelling passengers with specific medical conditions.
This service is only available at Top Health Doctors Underwood. Please ring to make an appointment.
Our doctors are officially appointed by the Civil Aviation Safety Authority of Australia (CASA) as Designated Aviation Medical Examiner (DAME) and are members of The Australasian Society of Aerospace Medicine (ASAM).

Aviation medicine is a unique field, and is concerned with the interaction between the aviation environment and human physiological and psychological systems. It is a specialised subset of the wider field of occupational medicine. The main emphasis of the Aviation Medicine Unit is on the understanding the implications of exposure to the flight environment on human performance. As such, it is fundamentally concerned with health consequences in pilots, aircrew and aircraft passengers.
Feel free to book an appointment with our Designated Aviation Medical Examiner (DAME) on (07) 31330822 or book on line (with link above this page) if you have any issues related to flying or licensing whether you are a pilot, flight crew, air traffic controller or an airline passenger.
