We are seeking RN with:
- AHPRA registration
- Min 1-2 years experience in General Practice
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative team
Key Responsibilities:
- Conducting Health Assessments for patients
- Preparing Care Plans and managing patient care
- Performing wound dressings
- Managing patient recalls and handling test results
- Administering immunizations
- Ensuring high standards of infection control
- Proficiency in Best Practice clinical software required
Pay rate commensurate with the level of experience.
