Dr Nitin Tandon

Dr Nitin Tandon was born in India and graduated from the Baba Farid University of health Sciences, Faridkot, India. She is a fellow of Royal Australian College of General Practitioners.
Dr Tandon is a Mater aligned maternity shared care GP, offering a range of fertility and family planning services which include but not limited to insertion / removal of contraceptive implants, routine checks and counselling services.
She holds a certificate of dermatoscopy with the skin cancer college of Australasia, performing skin cancer checks and excisions.
Dr Tandon has a rich background of medical experience by having worked in various teaching hospitals like Logan Hospital, Prince Charles Hospital and QE II Jubilee Hospital in Queensland. This vast experience has equipped her with excellent skills in managing women’s and children’s health, chronic disease management, travel medicine and mental health.
Having lived in three different countries, Dr Tandon has a better understanding of Eastern and Western cultures. She is fluent in Hindi and Punjabi languages too.
